  I am a third generation Realtor. I grew up being around the real estate business my whole life. Originally from Long Island New York, I moved to Chesterfield County three years ago with my husband to start the next chapter of our lives and careers. Moving to a new state and not knowing anyone, I was able to help 17 clients buy or sell homes totaling over 5 million dollars in volume in my first year. Prior to my real estate career, I received my Bachelor's Degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology & worked in the luxury retail industry for 8 plus years. My hard work and dedication helped me get to where I am today. I provide the finest customer service, making it a priority to ensure every client receives the best experience possible while working with me. In my free time I enjoy staying active and taking my two dogs Kane & Thor to the dog park or on long walks. For the short time I have lived in Richmond, I have enjoyed venturing out to many local shops and restaurants. I have some great recommendations, especially if you have a sweet tooth!

Although I am now a proud Virginia, I was born and raised in Mount Vernon, New York, where I served 26 years as a police officer. Dealing with conflict and highly emotional situations has made people skills part of my DNA.

I have a natural propensity for customer service and intuitively know what type of property my client is looking for, even if they haven't eloquently described it. In addition, my ability to observe the client's needs and listen to their wants has made me a client favorite.

Jim Pounch is a licensed Realtor in the Commonwealth of Virginia with over thirty years of residency in Chesterfield County. Jim possesses a good working knowledge of the Tri-Cities area. Originally from New Jersey, Jim developed an interest in real estate and sales due to a family member who was an established and successful agent. Jim takes pride in his services and spends quality time with each client educating them on their options and steps towards buying or selling a home.

An avid sports fan, Jim enjoys going to local sporting events with his two adult sons and you might just find him cheering on the Yankees!
