Born in Queens, New York, Joan is the youngest of ten children. Growing up in a large family taught her the importance of relationships, communication, and putting others first—values that continue to shape her approach to real estate today. She began her professional career as a school teacher in New York before dedicating herself to raising the couple's four children as a stay-at-home mom. After relocating to Virginia in 1999, Joan discovered a passion for helping families find the perfect place to call home and launched her real estate career in 2002. Her background as both an educator and mother gives her a unique ability to guide clients with patience, compassion, and careful attention to their individual needs.

Born and raised in New York, Jim built his career in the automobile industry throughout Brooklyn, Queens, and the surrounding tri-state area, where he developed the strong negotiating skills that continue to benefit his clients today. Known for his extensive market knowledge and unwavering commitment to client service, Jim has built his business almost entirely through referrals.
